Breakthrough helps students make it through school safely and successfully. The Breakthrough Student Assistance Program is a unique method for providing family specific services to any family in the school district. Typically, this type of service is only available in most school districts if the student is thought to be in need of a Student Study Team, or the student has an identified disability (IEP or Section 504)

Serving all Murrieta Valley Unified School District students and their families. The Breakthrough Student Assistance Program responds to all student and family concerns with respectful dialogue, individualized service, ongoing staff and parent training, community support and referrals to appropriate school or community based services as needed.

Donatebin is extremely proud to welcome Mended Hearts San Diego County! 

San Diego Chapter 62 and La Mesa Chapter 15, have experienced steady growth in memberships and conduct extensive visiting programs. Accredited Visitors are now seeing patients in seven hospitals in the San Diego area. Satellite groups are active in both Oceanside and Murrieta. 

Mended Hearts is a national non-profit organization. The organization brings meaning to the lives of heart patients by providing a support system that brings hope and joy.  Mended Hearts partners with hospitals and offers services to heart patients through visiting programs, support group meetings and educational forums.  Heart patients, their families and others impacted by heart disease gain experience and are able to offer support to others as well. For 60 years, Mended Hearts has lived up to its mission statement: “Inspiring hope and improving the quality of life for heart patients and their families through ongoing peer-to-peer support.”
